WELCOME

Gynarchic is a private, membership-based club for adults who value female-led relationships (FLR) and intentional connection. Our goal is to foster a safe, trusted community where members can meet, share, and engage in ways that support meaningful real-world relationships and experiences.

Here are a few important things to know about Gynarchic:

• Discretion is foundational. Membership, involvement, and activity in the Service are treated as confidential.
• Curation protects the community. We accept members at the Club's sole discretion and periodically review membership.
• Safety and consent matter. We enforce strict standards for respectful communication and behavior.
• No screenshots. No leaks. No doxxing. Sharing member content outside the Service is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Gynarchic ("Gynarchic," "we," "us," or the "Club") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application (if any), and related services, including membership applications, community features, and any events, venues, or in-person interactions offered, promoted, or facilitated through the Service (collectively, the "Service").

By applying for membership, creating an account, subscribing, RSVPing to an event, attending an event, or otherwise using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for membership or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You can form a binding contract under applicable law;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

We may refuse service to anyone at any time, in the Club's sole discretion, to protect the community.

If the Club offers paid membership:

• Membership fees, billing periods, and available tiers may change at any time.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; the Club does not store your payment card details.
• All fees are final and non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Club.
• Unused time, credits, or in-app purchases (if any) are not refundable upon cancellation or termination.

5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS, CONSENT, AND RESPECT

Gynarchic exists to support adult, consensual relationship dynamics rooted in trust, respect, and personal agency. You agree to:

• Treat others with dignity and respect;
• Communicate and behave consensually and lawfully;
• Follow any safety guidance provided by the Club.

The Club may remove content or members to protect the community, at its sole discretion.

6. STRICT DISCRETION RULES (NO SCREENSHOTS / NO SHARING)

Because this is a private club, you agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Take screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of any part of the Service;
• Copy, scrape, archive, download, or reproduce member profiles or content;
• Share any content from the Service outside the Service (including in group chats, forums, social media, or websites);
• Reveal, publish, or disclose the identity of any member or applicant;
• Doxx, threaten, blackmail, or harass any user.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and may expose you to legal liability.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission from the Club;
• Solicit money, gifts, financial assistance, or paid services from members;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or status;
• Harass, intimidate, stalk, or threaten others;
• Post unlawful, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative content;
• Share personal contact details of others without consent;
• Attempt to access private areas, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to collect data from the Service.

The Club may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, at any time.

8. USER CONTENT

"User Content" includes anything you post, upload, transmit, or make available through the Service (messages, photos, text, etc.). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant the Club a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for operating, improving, and providing the Service, and enforcing safety and Terms.

We may remove User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or harms the community.

9. MEMBER INTERACTIONS; MEETINGS; EVENTS — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

THE CLUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY INTERACTIONS OR MEETINGS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We do not conduct criminal background checks and do not verify all user statements. If the Service includes events, venues, or in-person meetups, the Club may not control those experiences or participants and is not responsible for them.

You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions, especially when meeting in person or communicating outside the Service.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and all related content (branding, design, code, logos, features, and trademarks) are owned by the Club or its licensors and protected by law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from the Club.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. The Club does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

12. TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings (if available) or by contacting support.

The Club may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion, including if:

• You violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
• You violate discretion rules;
• Your conduct harms the community, on or off the Service;
• The Club performs periodic membership reviews or capacity changes.

Termination does not entitle you to refunds except where required by law.

13. DISCLAIMERS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

THE CLUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Club does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE CLUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE CLUB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS REQUIRED OTHERWISE BY LAW.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your interactions with other users.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION (FLORIDA)

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Club regarding the Service. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

Accounts are non-transferable. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created.
